Stop Smoking with Hypnosis

Eighty-five to ninety percent of the people who are hypnotized with the method used by the Slack & Young Institute never smoke again after one session. On a few occasions a second or third session is required. In cases where a person has failed to stop smoking, it has been found that the person really did not want to quit but was trying to please someone else. Remember: You cannot be made to do anything you do not want to do.

Stop Smoking Program
Most people totally stop smoking after one session. Our objective at the Slack & Young Institute of Hypnosis is always to help a person achieve their goal in as few sessions as possible, while avoiding the possibility of substituting an unwanted behavior.

 

Our Most Successful Weight Loss Program

The best weight loss program for most of our clients is our "fat loss" program. After training with the hypnotherapist featured on NBC's "Dateline" in the summer of 2003, we modeled our program after his, with his blessing and enthusiasm, and our clients are enjoying amazing results and referring their families and friends.

The "fat loss" program calls for three visits.
First visit is a double session -
     Intake form and questionnaire
     Explanation of the conscious and subconscious mind
     Hypnosis session
     Self-hypnosis instructions
     Take-home tape for continual reinforcement

Second visit is a single session -
     Brief update of previous week
     Hypnosis session
     Additional self-hypnosis instructions
   
Third visit is a single session -
     Brief update of previous week
     Hypnosis session
     Additional self-hypnosis instructions
